Christopher Facas joined Comstock Holding Companies Inc. in 2023 as Senior Vice President of Commercial Real Estate Operations. In this position, Mr. Facas oversees the management and operations of Comstock's commercial portfolio. Prior to joining Comstock, Mr. Facas was the Founder and President of Stillwater Advisory Group, a Chicago-based real estate consulting firm. Mr. Facas also spent 17 years with Macerich, a major U.S. real estate investment trust with over $1B in revenue where he served as VP and then SVP of both the Asset Management and Property Management departments. At Macerich, Mr. Facas managed departments of up to 450 employees, a portfolio of retail and commercial assets with gross leasable area of up to 40 million SF, and net operating income of up to $700M.
