Christopher D. Desloge has been in the commercial real estate field since 1980. He has served as Leasing Manager for two Metropolitan office towers and numerous suburban office buildings. In these capacities his responsibilities included all leasing activity coordinated with property management, construction, marketing and legal review.
With the in depth experience of real estate development and leasing from working with respected Landlords, he developed the first firm in St. Louis to exclusively represent office tenants in 1986.
Desloge has been a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), he has addressed the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) as keynote speaker on Tenant Representation, and has authored numerous articles on this subject for regional business periodicals. His Tenant Representation firm was highlighted as unique small business in St. Louis’s Regional Commerce & Growth''s Commerce magazine.
Mr. Desloge is the author of the authority book on tenant office leasing called The Tenant’s Guerilla Guide to Office Leasing published by iUniverse.
Desloge has served as an arbitration judge serving the Council of Better Business Bureaus and was a founding member and member of the Board of Directors of the International Tenant Representative Alliance (ITRA).
