Chief Operating Officer of the Scioto Management Group. He brings with him a wealth of knowledge having served in the industry for the past 20 years. His Engineering degree gives him the analytical base from which to draw upon to analyze the smallest detail or explore the possibilities of the big picture.
He has been involved directly in all areas of multifamily and commercial assets. Chris was instrumental in developing a macro economic analysis report used by our investor partner in understanding the underlying fundamentals of a particular investment market across the country.
He has placed into service several software packages enabling the company to enhance its ability to track, analyze and report on all facets of the property management business. He has been responsible for the overseeing of major renovations and ground up construction projects. He has worked hand in hand with the local HUD office, most recently in conjunction with the development of The Cove at Cooper Lakes.
