Chris began his career in real estate, development and construction nearly 30 years ago. A graduate of Rollins College with degrees in Economics and Environmental Studies, he established Cogan Realty and Cogan Development to engage in residential and commercial real estate and development projects that compliment and improve the character of their surrounding areas.?

He is recognized as an industry expert and technical innovator and has consulted on design and construction matters for entities such as the international law firm of Jones, Day, Reavis and Pogue, New York. In addition, he has published articles on the topic of project management and was awarded the Blue Chip Enterprise Award by the U.S. Chamber of Commerce for success in the face of adversity.
