Christopher Carragher joined Newmark in 2020 and currently serves as an Associate in the company’s Rutherford, New Jersey, office. Christopher is primarily focused on preparing project deliverables and assisting with business development for the Industrial Advisory Group (IAG) in New Jersey.
Christopher came to Newmark after serving as an Assistant Director for two years at Savills. In this capacity, Christopher was responsible for preparing project deliverables, performing market research and assisting with financial analyses to determine the impact of real estate decisions on clients’ pre-tax cashflow. Prior to Savills, Christopher was a Technical Recruiter for C&G Consulting Services, where he worked with clients across different industries to staff for job openings in IT, marketing and business management.
