Bio
Chris has been interested in real estate for as long as he can remember, starting with going on showings with his parents for his childhood homes in Sudbury. Shortly after graduating from Bentley University in Waltham, Chris joined one of Boston’s leading property management companies. With this, he quickly found a deep-rooted passion for real estate. During his tenure, he was promoted to Director of Property Management for Boston Realty Works overseeing the management of 200+ condominium associations, 40 apartment buildings, and a team of 10 full-time property managers and maintenance staff. In 2010, Chris facilitated the acquisition of a similarly sized competing firm and became the President of Premier Property Solutions. As President of Premier, he oversaw the management of 5,000 units throughout Greater Boston along with a team of 40+ managers, accounting, and maintenance personnel. In 2013, he made the difficult decision to step away from property management to concentrate full-time on sales and rentals, working directly with his buyers and sellers and allowing him to foster lasting, long term professional relationships with his clients. With his extensive experience in property management, Chris leverages his past experiences to provide a unique and valuable perspective to his buyers and sellers - from his extensive knowledge of neighborhoods, the property’s physical plant, and condominium governance and financial health. He founded All Things Real Estate, Inc., in the Spring of 2018 with a mission to bring his unique perspective of sales, rentals, management, and development to his clients and to the market. Chris was born in Medford, grew up in Sudbury, and currently lives in South Boston with his wife, Stacey, and English Bulldog, Brisket. When he is not working, he can be found on the golf course at Granite Links or making a mess in the kitchen.
