Bio
A commercial real estate sales and leasing professional with IPC since 1997, Christine holds a bachelor’s degree and master’s degree in business administration from The University of Central Florida. She joined IPC with 10 years of experience in the Southwest Florida real estate market and having earned Sales Person of the Year honors. In 2010, Christine earned her Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation, the leading indicator of expertise in commercial and investment real estate. In 2014, she also earned her Society of Industrial and Office Realtor (SIOR) designation.
Christine previously sat on the Board of Directors for CREW – Commercial Real Estate Women of SW Florida.
As a previous committee member with the Collier County Economic Development Council (EDC), she helped bring national and international business to Collier County.
Teaming up with her father, Bill Gonnering, and her husband, Shawn, Christine offers her clients an added level of representation and guidance. The trio specialize in industrial/commercial properties, site selection and investment properties.
