Bio
Christine is the principal broker, president and founder of Classical Realty Co. a commercial real estate consultation brokerage firm. Christine has achieved the top designations in the commercial field, CCIM, CPM®, GREEN, and has been named by Business First as One of 20 to Know in Commercial Real Estate. Christine is a graduate of Capital University where she studied business communication and management. She brings over 25 years of experience in the real estate industry in leasing, purchasing, and divesting of commercial and investment real estate as well as structuring tax deferred IRS Code 1031 exchanges and reverse exchanges.
Christine gives back to her industry by chairing the Columbus Board of Realtors Commercial Services and Membership committee, participating as an active member of the Commercial Standard Forms Committee, participating as an appointee on the Ethics and Professional Standards committees, working as an appointee on State of Ohio Department of Commerce Commercial Task Forces, and as an appointed State of Ohio alternate Director for the Ohio Association of Realtors. Additionally Christine has taught both pre and post licensee real estate courses at local colleges.
Near and dear to Christine’s heart in her personal giving include helping the homeless, annual volunteering at the Heinzerling Foundation, pet shelter contributions, 4-H advising, reading advocacy, visiting shut-ins with her canine companion, tree planting at Dawes, The Turban Project, Byron Saunders Foundation Food Panty, Build-a-Bike for Foster Children, and many more passions.
Christine’s professional memberships include CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member), CCIIR (Columbus Commercial Industrial Investment Brokers), IREM (Institute for Real Estate Management), NAR (National Association of Realtors), OAR (Ohio Association of Realtors), and Columbus Realtors.
