Bio
Christina serves as the leader of Vision’s Asset Management platform. She joined Vision’s predecessor firm as a member of the administrative team in 2011. Given Vision’s growth and rebranding as its own entity in 2013, Christina assumed additional responsibility working on the property and asset management side.
Today she is closely involved with lender and capital partners, reporting on Vision’s existing portfolio, and is responsible for the firm’s leasing initiatives with tenants and brokers. She has actively negotiated over 1 million square feet of transactions since joining Vision, working with both in-house and outside counsel. Recently, this included 250,000 square feet of leasing involving more than 20 tenants. Christina also leads Vision’s lease administration process and staff. She develops and implements property-specific value enhancement strategies for both company-owned and third-party management assignments. For context, Vision’s portfolio has grown to an excess of 5 million square feet of owner-operated and development assets, in addition to over a 1.5 million square feet of management assignments with strategic partners.
Christina also oversees the firm’s corporate marketing and investor relations functions, and is involved in due diligence for new property acquisitions. In short, in her current role she interfaces with virtually every facet of the Vision Real Estate Partners operation. In 2016, Christina earned a master’s degree in real estate finance and investment from New York University’s Schack Institute of Real Estate. She previously earned a bachelor’s degree in financial economics from Caldwell College.
