Often buying or selling a home lies at the core of successfully realizing personal goals, dreams, and aspirations. With a background in Communications, Christina understands how paramount listening and efficient communication is to her clients. She also tends to see real estate through an artist's eye, on a typical day you might find her staging a client's home or decorating for friends and family, she always has a project in the works. Painting is also a passion, she loves to capture the surrounding beauty of our world-renowned lakes, waterfalls, streams, and mountains here in Western North Carolina.
When they work together, her clients gain a professional Real Estate Agent who provides 25+ years of experience working in Broadcasting and Marketing in the greater Asheville area. That kind of experience can give them a big leg up towards those goals. After a decade as Christina Kelley, an on-air personality for 99.9 Kiss Country, she is met and worked with many of their region's community leaders. Those relationships give her an invaluable professional network that she is happy to share with her clients. She has produced, hosted, and marketed several local TV shows which included the "Real Estate Showcase" and "Southern Exposure". Working on these shows and others gave her the extraordinary opportunity to partner with some of the area's best Realtors, small business, and service providers.
She is always enjoyed buying and selling real estate and has a love and instinct for interior design, she purchased her first property when she was just 24 years old. Christina relocated to Asheville in 1994 from Los Angeles and purchased a mini-4-acre farm in Fairview where she raised her two sons Henry and Adam. Her daughter Lily was born in 2003 and is the last bird to leave the nest. She has enjoyed many hours on the ball fields at their area schools as a volunteer youth coach and cheering on her three. So very thankful to add "Mimi" to her title as her oldest Son and daughter in-law have added two sweet, beautiful girls to their family. It would be her honor to bring her unique perspective, along with her Marketing and Broadcast experience to help her clients achieve their Real Estate dreams and goals.
