Christian Van Horn joined CBRE in 2017 and currently serves as a Senior Associate with the Retail team where he specializes in landlord and tenant representation throughout Rhode Island, South Eastern Massachusetts and Connecticut. Christian has close to 12 years of experience in commercial real estate, representing both national and regional clients, and has worked with many of the East Coasts top landlords and retailers. Getting his start in Urban Philadelphia before expanding to the Philadelphia Suburbs for many years, Christian joined the New England team in January of 2021.
Christian has worked with National, Regional and Local Tenants & Landlords throughout his career to try and implement the best tenant mix and new locations as brands expand & relocate.
Prior to joining CBRE Retail, Christian worked as an Associate for Cushman & Wakefield in their Philadelphia region where he focused on landlord representation and tenant representation.
