Christian is an expert in sales and leasing of office, retail, industrial and residential properties. He has closed real estate deals throughout Southern California and, in particular, the Los Angeles "Silicon Beach" markets of Santa Monica, Venice, Marina Del Rey, Culver City, Beverly Hills, Hollywood and Downtown LA.
In addition to Landlord representation, Christian has represented countless tenants in tech, media, entertainment, medical and traditional office industries, as well as restaurants, retail, and industrial uses including warehouse and distribution. Christian helps define his client's requirements, perform site selection, provide detailed financial analysis, aggressively negotiate the most favorable lease terms, advise during contract negotiations, and provide support during construction and project management phases.
Christian remains an advisor throughout the course of his client's tenancies, often facilitating Leases, Subleases, Lease Terminations, Lease Renewals, Extensions, and auditing operating expenses from the Landlord.
