Christian Benedetto Jr., Director of Business Development of The Blau & Berg Company, is responsible for guiding long-term objectives to meet business needs and requirements as well as, developing new strategic partnerships.
In his more than 32 years of experience in commercial real estate, Christian M. Benedetto, Jr. has been involved with and completed well over 3,000 real estate transactions, which include some of NJ’s most difficult and confidential. He was also the broker of record and director of real estate services for HSB Advisors. He has represented landlords, tenants and has been the landlord himself.
Christian enlisted in the United States Marine Corp in the late 1980’s, serving in the Infantry during the First Gulf War. While in the Marines, Christian received graduate degrees in both Finance and Computer Information Systems Management.
