Christi Reece is lucky to have been raised in Western Colorado. She began her career in real estate in 1992, collaborating with her father, a ranch broker, and her mother, who owned a title company. The core values she learned from her parents were integrity, respect, dedication, and persistence. As she gained knowledge and experience in the real estate business, along with running two other businesses, investing in real estate, and backpacking around the world, she built the foundation for her skills as a team leader, collaborator, creative marketer, and aggressive negotiator.
Christi has found her home in the Grand Valley. Where else can you find such a perfect combination of warm days, cool nights, canyons and mountains, rivers and trails, friendly people, and a big enough town to have great food, great medical care, and lots to do? And the real estate price tag beats those resort towns every day of the week!

She found as my business grew that she could no longer devote enough time to communicating with her sellers and marketing their properties effectively if she were out showing property all day. So now she focuses on the listing side, and she has trained, skilled, enthusiastic Buyer Specialists on her team to assist buyers in finding the perfect properties. Christi also has a full time Client Care Specialist, and a Transaction Coordinator. They are focused on service, not sales, but of course they sure do sell a lot of properties by taking that approach. Your success builds our success.
