Willard Retail’s leasing and brokerage division is led by Chris Wilkinson, an industry veteran with 15 years-experience specializing in retail brokerage. He oversees all aspects of the brokerage division including deal making, client relations, marketing, and management of the brokerage team.
Prior to joining Willard Retail, Chris co-led the 3rd-party retail division at JBGS, which included over 5M SF of GLA over various asset classes, including urban mixed-use properties, power centers, grocery-anchored shopping centers and lifestyle centers. He was the leading retail deal maker every year at JBGS from 2014-2021, which included over 500 closed transactions during that time.
Chris received his Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A) in Finance from Texas Tech University with a concentration in Real Estate.
