Chris has worked in commercial real estate since 2003. Although Chris is a native of Phoenix, he began his career in Denver, Colorado. There he was employed by Grubb and Ellis, where he worked as an associate in the Industrial field. After two years, Chris moved back home to Phoenix and joined Cushman and Wakefield, where he specialized in listing office space for Owners/Landlords. Chris joined 1st USA Commercial Properties in late 2007, where he now represents both the Owners/Landlords as well as the Tenants/Buyers. Chris’ market knowledge is Valley wide, but he focuses in the following office submarkets: Downtown, Midtown, North Phoenix, Metrocenter, Deer Valley, Tempe, the Phoenix Airport area, 44th Street corridor, The East Valley, Camelback corridor, Squaw Peak, Paradise Valley, Fountain Hills and Scottsdale. Mr. Tiffany earned his Bachelor’s in Business, Regional Development and Biology from the University of Arizona.
