Chris is one of the founding members of Vitalius Real Estate Group. He began his real estate career in 2004 selling residential properties, though quickly shifted his focus to consulting on the purchase and sale of multi-family homes and investments. Since then, he has brokered a broad range of transaction types spanning investment sales, office and retail leasing, landlord and tenant representation, and development in the Portland area.
CURRENT ROLES
Chris holds his Broker’s license, is a member of the Maine Real Estate & Development Association (MEREDA), is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) candidate and a member of the Maine Commercial Association of Realtors and currently serves on the Board of Directors for both the Maine Commercial Association of Realtors and the Maine Association of Realtors. He has represented many of Greater Portland’s largest commercial property investors and housing agencies, along with startups, and developers new to the market.

Chris lives in Gorham with his wife, their three children and Phineas, the Golden Retriever. Outside of work, he is an avid aviation enthusiast and Private Pilot, active member in the general aviation community and on nice days can be found at the airport, or flying N8818U, his Cessna 172.
