Bio
Mr. Schellin is a graduate of Miami University in Oxford, OH with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance. He joined Westwood Net Lease Advisors in 2005. Prior to joining Westwood, Chris worked as an acquisition associate for a real estate investment company as well as a financial analyst for EMC Corporation. Since joining Westwood in 2005 Chris has represented both buyers and sellers with great success. His focus has been on private, individual buyers/sellers and developers. During Chris’s tenure Westwood has been involved in over $1.5 billion in sales, many of which include national brands” such as Walgreens, CVS, McDonalds, AutoZone, Dollar General, and many others.

When not serving the needs of investors, Mr. Schellin and his wife are raising three children who are heavily involved in baseball, basketball, and gymnastics. You will often find him improving his golf game on his local course. Mr. Schellin’s hard work on behalf of his clients, his in-depth knowledge of the commercial real estate market, and his integrity have earned him a highly respected reputation in the national, single-tenant marketplace.
