Chris specializes in serving investors in their acquisition and disposition needs with a focus on the retail market. Chris has almost 20 years of commercial real estate experience in sales, leasing, property management, development and commercial/investment real estate. He has completed over 70 million dollars in commercial real estate transactions. He brings significant experience in commercial real estate consulting and financial analysis.
Chris obtained his Broker license and founded Salomone Real Estate, Inc from 2003 to 2006. For a five year period, he formed and directed property management services for Equity. Chris was an asset manager at Commercial One Asset Management from 1995 to 1998. Prior to that he conducted site inspections for R.D. Zande & Assoc from 1990 to 1995. Chris started his real estate career with Commercial One Realtors from 1987 to 1990.
