Chris brings a wealth of experience in the commercial real estate business, excellent relationships and talent to the Allegiancy team. He began his career in the investment banking field with Prudential Real Estate Investors in New York where he was responsible for over $12 billion as chief equity underwriter.
Next, Chris worked for Baring Brothers, LTD in London where he was responsible for over $2 billion in acquisition and sales transactions before leaving the world of corporate finance to pursue commercial real estate investment and development projects for Allegiancy. Here, Chris has proven operating, development and turnaround experience. Chris graduated from Vanderbilt University with a BA in economics and an MBA from Vanderbilt’s Owen Graduate School of Management.
