Bio
Chris is a lifelong resident of the city of Indianapolis, where he attended Roncalli High School and the University of Indianapolis. He graduated from the University of Indianapolis Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics and Finance and a minor in marketing. Chris took his economics and marketing background along with his vast knowledge of the Indianapolis market to excel in real estate sales. Chris has his Indiana Real Estate Broker's License and is a member in good standing with the Metropolitan Indianapolis Board of REALTORS (MIBOR), the Indiana Association of REALTORS (IAR), the National Association of REALTORS (NAR), the National REO Brokers Association (NRBA), and the Real Estate Academy of Leadership (REAL). Chris maintains an involved position with the community by volunteering with several organizations and as a coach for a junior high school football team. A portion of every transaction goes to The REALTOR Foundation, which works to prevent homelessness, and Keller Williams' charitable foundation called KW Cares. The Indy Property Source team has been featured in MIBOR's Top 200 agents, The Indianapolis Monthly's Five Star Professional Award, The Wall Street Journal's Top 250 Real Estate Teams, among other awards. Chris is a graduate of multiple BOLD classes, has been in various coaching programs including MAPS, has taught local/citywide KW courses, and passes on this love of learning to his team members and agents.
