Chris directs, manages and oversees driving revenue, occupancy, leasing and marketing strategies for a commercial real estate portfolio consisting of over 1.7 million square feet of mixed-use office, industrial, flex and retail properties in Orange County, CA. Assists Regional and Divisional Vice Presidents by serving in a leadership role to manage and supervise assigned support team in the overall marketing and leasing of portfolio. Responsible for overseeing the entire leasing process from generating initial prospect interest through financial qualification, lease negotiation and document execution. Maximizes returns of leases through financial analysis of proposed transactions, taking into account budget, tenant improvement costs, leasing costs, downtime and alternative leasing scenarios. Directed leasing and marketing team efforts which grow Orange County portfolio’s total weighted occupancy from 93.2% in 2017 to 97.9% in 2018. Exceeded annual leasing production goals for portfolio by 134% in 2017 and 142% in 2018, closing over 90 lease transactions per year. Responsible for driving annual revenues in excess of $20 MM in 2017 and 2018.
