Chris Premac specializes in the representation of Landlords in the leasing of retail commercial real estate throughout Los Angeles, Orange County and Inland Empire. As a Senior Associate on Coreland Companies’ brokerage team, he supports a portfolio of power centers, neighborhood centers and retail strip centers. Prior to joining Coreland in 2017, Mr. Premac served as an Associate with Newmark Knight Frank where he worked on behalf of both institutional and private clients. His collective experience included guiding lease negotiations with notable retailers such as Ralphs, Grocery Outlet, LA Fitness, Phenix Salons and more. Mr. Premac also spent a year as an Intern at Colliers. Both positions provided the opportunity to develop his skills in site selection, location analysis, prospecting and reporting.
Education
Mr. Premac earned a B.A. in Business Communication with a minor in Real Estate from Arizona State University. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and holds a California Department of Real Estate Salesperson license.
