Commercial property expert Chris heads up the agency team in our Hull office. A former partner in the firm, Chris has spent more than 30 years in the Hull and East Yorkshire commercial property market.
Chris didn’t join Scotts – we joined him! He was working with the commercial office of Wells Cundall, before the merger of our firms in 1995.
Today, Chris helps to lead and guide our agency team – providing honest advice, friendly support and sharing his wealth of experience with colleagues when it comes to all aspects of valuation and general professional instructions. He also specialises in property acquisitions for investors and businesses, with an excellent track record in finding the perfect properties to fit specific requirements.
Outside of work, Chris has 3 children – with two at university (ouch!). Chris was a keen sportsman in his day – and though his active sporting prime may be behind him, he plays golf regularly as a member at Beverley. He still loves to watch all kinds of sport, usually with a cup of tea in hand.
