Chris Manning has been involved with commercial real estate and the hospitality industry for over 25 years. He has been a Dennis resident since 1970 and served as a Dennis Selectman and was Chairman of the Board in 1990. Mr. Manning has experience in developing and converting residential condominium units as well as residential subdivisions in Dennis, Harwich and Brewster.
Mr. Manning and his family owned and managed the Soundings Seaside Resort, The Edgewater Resort, The Captains Williams House Restaurant, The Captain’s Clambake Emporium and Manning Realty all located in Dennis. The former Days Inn and the former Hyannis Regency located in Hyannis were also owned and operated by Mr. Manning and his family.
Mr. Manning has recently consulted with regional developers of commercial real estate focused on hospitality assets. Mr. Manning is a Certified Hotel Administrator by the American Hotel & Lodging Association.
Mr. Manning lives in Dennis with his wife Martha and enjoys spending time with his three children and three grandchildren
