Since joining Tri-State, Chris has been involved in several real estate transactions, including the purchase of a Clark Service Station out of bankruptcy auction, sale of a 1985 W. Big Beaver, Troy office building, sale of Ingleside Shopping Center, sale of a Detroit industrial building and industrial Land, and the marketing of several service stations, retail centers, a former Home Depot, and a restaurant. Chris is responsible for creating the marketing strategies for the sale or lease of Tri-State's listings, as well as providing cash flow and pro-forma analysis. In addition to working on client real estate transactions, he is responsible for Tri-State's corporate marketing strategy and new business initiatives. Prior to joining Tri-State, Chris was a Corporate Financial Consultant with Standard & Poor's Corporate Value Consulting Group in Detroit. As a consultant, he worked on projects that involved extensive capital investment, leasing, cash flow, and other valuation analysis. Chris has extensive experience projecting Net Operating Income, future cash flows, and performing detailed market analysis. This has given him an excellent basis to provide Tri-State clients with the most sophisticated analytical support for their real estate decisions. In addition to working at Standard & Poor's, he has also worked in California with Intel Corporation, in Chicago as an auditor in the commodity investment brokerage industry, and in Washington D.C. as a Congressional intern for Congressman Joe Knollenberg. Chris enjoys playing hockey, downhill skiing, tennis, golf and reading in his free time.
