Mr. Chris B. Johnson has been Co-Principal Financial Officer at Dillard's Inc. since 2015 and its Senior Vice President since May 2015. Mr. Johnson serves as the Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and Secretary of CDI Contractors, LLC. He served as Vice President of Real Estate at Dillard's Inc. since December 2012 until 2015. He served as Vice President of Accounting at Dillard's Inc. since 2006 and served as its Principal Vice President. Prior to his time at Dillard's, Mr. Johnson served as Senior Manager for Ernst & Young LLP. He also serves on the Board of Directors for the Baptist Health Foundation, the University of Arkansas' Walton College of Business Alumni Society, as well as the board of Junior Achievement of Central Arkansas. He is also a Member of the Arkansas Society of CPA's ethics committee. Mr. Johnson is a Certified Public Accountant. He holds a BSBA in Accounting from the University of Arkansas.
