Chris began his real estate career at Short Hills-based real estate development and management company, Roseland Property Company, now a Mack-Cali company. After spending several years at RPC learning the operations and management side of the business, Chris joined Iselin-based UGL Equis, which later became part of national real estate services company Cushman & Wakefield. At Cushman & Wakefield, Chris served as a Vice President of Brokerage Services where he represented notable corporate tenants such as Alcatel-Lucent, Grant Thornton, Raymond James, Wells Fargo, and Toshiba, among others.
Chris joined Colliers International’s New Jersey office in 2015 as a Managing Director and shortly thereafter was promoted to Executive Managing Director. In this role Chris specializes in corporate real estate strategy and portfolio management on behalf of companies in New Jersey and across the United States.
Throughout his career Chris has been an active participant in the local commercial real estate market, completing several significant projects in recent months. Among them include the tenant representation project for Plymouth Rock Insurance in their 12-year, 130,000-square-foot relocation to 581 Main Street in Woodbridge, NJ. On the landlord representation side, Chris is handling the rebranding and leasing of Vision Real Estate Partners’ 2018 acquisition of Northpoint at 20 Waterview Boulevard. He has also managed the +/-60 location North American real estate portfolio for an information technology services company for the past several years.
