In 2007, Chris Grogan joined the Research Department within CB Richard Ellis. As a researcher, Mr. Grogan developed expertise in market analysis, tracking leasing activity, and compiling current sale and lease data for all CBRE professionals. In 2009, Mr. Grogan joined the team of Brad Anderson, Bryan Taute, and Bryce Terveen where he engaged in all aspects of the team’s day-to-day brokerage activities.
In 2011, Mr. Grogan was promoted to an Associate at CB Richard Ellis, focusing his efforts on office leasing throughout the Phoenix metro area. Specializing in Landlord and Tenant Representation, Mr. Grogan assists his clients in developing and implementing effective real estate solutions that support their business objectives.
