Chris holds a CCIM designation and brokerage license. Some of his unique experience includes: Ground up grocery anchored, Jr. Box, and retail strip center preleasing, site acquisitions for speculative retail development, manage existing regional shopping center marketing, new tenant acquisition, expansions and renewal negotiations, outparcel leasing, sales and development, advise national retailers and restaurants entering new markets or studying relocation opportunities, and national franchise roll out programs with multiple franchisees, government office and medical build to suit lease negotiations, preferred developer site tours in tenant driven site acquisitions, partner with outsourced real estate departments and consultants, and local restaurant and retailer expansion.
