As a Vice President in Vancouver’s Capital Markets Group, Chris Driver specializes in the sale of investment properties, including residential multifamily properties, development sites, retail and office properties. He possesses superior real estate experience and knowledge to ensure all aspects of property transaction are handled with the utmost professionalism and competence.
Mr. Driver joined Cushman & Wakefield Ltd. in 2003 and each year since has achieved the President’s Round Table, an award that recognizes the company’s top national producers. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Mr. Driver spent twelve years as one of CB Richard Ellis Limited’s top salespeople.
He has a Diploma in Business Administration from the British Columbia Institute of Technology and a Diploma in Urban Land Economics from the University of British Columbia.
