Chris has over 20 years of experience in land acquisitions, development and commercial tract assemblage. He is currently licensed in north and South Carolina with my target markets lying in the most eastern part of those states.
His expertise is taking a specific users need and locating the property then negotiating with the landowner and creating a viable project. Chris’s client base consists of strip center developers, restaurants, drugstore developers, residential developers, businesses looking to expand to new markets, and many more.
Chris has a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from NCSU. He is also a licensed general contractor in NC and also possess the highly honored and respected ccim designation, a past nc-ccim chapter board member.
