Chris Coutts joined Washington Capital in 2018 as Vice President. Chris is based at the firm’s Boston office, where he is responsible for originating new investments (acquisitions, joint ventures, and mortgages).
Prior to joining WaCap, Chris was a Vice President on the CBRE Debt & Structured Finance team providing advisory services for debt and equity placement, recapitalizations, and investment sales across all product types and worked in the CB Richard Ellis Portland Investment Group, which is a market leader for office, retail, and industrial sales in the Oregon/southwest Washington markets.
Chris represents institutional and private clients in investment acquisition and disposition transactions for office, industrial, and retail properties. Chris has significant experience with income property valuations and will focus on client development, supervising financial underwriting, expanding and managing a contact database in retail, office, and industrial properties.
Chris and his teammates excel at helping clients achieve maximum value for their assets, with aggressive yet supportable underwriting, broad market exposure, and close attention to detail throughout the entire deal process.
