Chris Connell is currently a Senior Vice President in the Investments and Leasing Division of Colliers International, which consistently ranks at the top of all commercial real estate firms in Nevada. He has been with Colliers International since 2011. Chris’s primary discipline is the sale and leasing of office and retail product types for both Landlord and Tenant alike. Since joining Colliers International in 2011, he has been responsible for relocating more than 250 firms and has successfully closed over 500 transactions, totaling over 1M square feet of space and in excessive of $150 million in sales. With more than 30 years in the Southern Nevada area, Chris has developed an impressive list of clients and forged many strong relationships, which he is now able to leverage in his real estate endeavors.
