Chris and his team help people buy and sell quality single-tenant real estate leased to America's best companies, including auto parts, drug stores, quick lubes, restaurants, medical clinics and dollar stores.
Chris has listed and sold over 400 Dollar General locations.
Chris is the co-founder of Easy Leasebacks which is considered to be America's most creative sale-leaseback provider. Easy Leasebacks has helped numerous companies and franchisees add locations by creatively using real estate equity to fund their growth.
Chris also helped create The DG Fund, a very successful managed investment fund that purchases triple net leased Dollar General properties.
Chris is based in Grand Rapids Michigan and works alongside his brother Cody and his father Peter. Chris is an avid golfer and tennis player.
