As Vice President at JLL, I am based in Walnut Creek, California where I provide office and industrial real estate advisory services to clients throughout the San Francisco Bay Area. In particular, I help growing companies find the innovative solutions they need to align their real estate needs with business objectives.
Chris has been involved in commercial real estate in and around the Bay Area for the past 15 years as part of JLL’s Northern California Industrial Super Region. Chris specializes in tenant and landlord representation, the sale of leased investments, and the marketing of major office and industrial parks as well as ground-up development throughout Northern California. With his background in real estate finance, he provides expertise in financial analysis and real estate advisory. His fast-growing resume of completed transactions now covers a variety of industries including: Logistics, Distribution, Food/Beverage and Manufacturing throughout Northern California and the United States.
