With over a decade of finance, operations, and marketing experience, Chris joined CRES Inc. after leading e-commerce and reporting & analysis for a mid-sized regional retail company. Chris advises CRES clients on investment sales, acquisitions, land development, and leasing. His depth of knowledge on business operations gives him valuable insight into our client’s needs, and his experience in local government gives him perspective from both sides of the table when it comes to dealing with local municipalities.
An native of Warrenton, VA, Chris is an active member of the local community, currently serving as the Vice Mayor of nearby Middleburg, VA. He is also the co-owner of the PLAYroom, a boutique toy store in historic downtown Middleburg and was recognized as one of Loudoun County’s 40 Under 40 in 2022. When not working on a new project or spending time with his family, Chris can usually be found on a tennis court or in a canoe on one of the local waterways.
