As President of Avante Properties, Chris oversees the company’s daily operations, directs personnel, and supervises the firm’s newest ventures. Additionally, Chris is responsible for site selection, city approval, and brokerage and leasing for the company’s current and future projects. Chris graduated with honors from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with an MBA in Finance and Entrepreneurship, and a BS and MS in Civil Engineering. He currently serves as Chairman of the City of Fitchburg’s Community & Economic Development Authority (CEDA), and is a Board Member of the Madison Area Sports Commission (MASC) and PJ Power Systems.
