James ‘Chip’ Daniels is the owner and broker of Daniels Realty Company, Gentilly Corporation, and Sticks n Bricks, LLC. Chip was born in Lakeland, FL in 1956 to Dr. James and Harriet Daniels. Chip met his wife, Kim in 1982 while working in Atlanta. He has been a broker in Lakeland since 1986, founded DRC in 1992, and has played a key role in the commercial development of south Lakeland’s main east-to-west thoroughfare, Edgewood Drive. Daniels Realty Co. is 100% locally owned and operated by the Daniels Family. In their free time, Chip and Kim enjoy being with their children and grandchildren, all of whom live here in Lakeland, FL.
Education
He graduated from Lakeland High School and the University of Georgia with a B.S. in Real Estate in 1978 and later earned an MBA from the University of South Florida.
