Bio
Chip Cutchins, Vice President, joined Olympia in 2005. He has been active in both the leasing and development aspects of the company. Current development projects include 60,000 square feet at The Gallery on Cleveland Street, 105,000 square feet at Convergence III, as well as overseeing tenant finishouts for all ten buildings under the Olympia umbrella and the two buildings under construction. Chip began his professional career in consulting, working for the financial services arms of PricewaterhouseCoopers and Deloitte & Touche in Washington DC for three years. His major clients were the Department of Justice, Northrup Grumman, General Dynamics and Raytheon. Chip has received an MBA from the Darden Graduate School of Business Administration at the University of Virginia and a Bachelor's Degree in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin.
