Chip joined Cousins in 2006 and currently serves as Senior Vice President of Operations. In this role, Chip is responsible for the property management and engineering operations delivering consistent policies and procedures; oversight on operations management and building systems; and, capital planning for the Company’s existing Sun Belt portfolio.
Chip has over 30 years of facilities and property operational management experience. Prior to joining Cousins, Chip spent 17 years with the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta responsible for leading and providing strategic direction for eight entities which supplied various services to eighteen departments and six regional offices. As Product Office Director, provided leadership oversight for the regions law enforcement operations by setting strategic direction. Chip initially joined the Federal Reserve as a Corporate Services Manager in Atlanta, Georgia, ultimately serving three years as Vice President of Corporate Services.
