Ms. Blessing’s focus on the Conejo Valley gives her direct access to property owners, city officials and the area’s active brokers, and ensures clients of rapid turnaround and the swift completion of transactions. She works extensively with landlords and tenants along Thousand Oaks Boulevard and understands the vision of the Thousand Oaks Specific Plan and its interrelationship with the Thousand Oaks General Plan, zoning and other municipal codes.
