Chelsey Ginder is a Director in the Food & Service Retail Group of Crow Holdings Capital, where she is responsible for acquisitions and asset management. Since joining the firm in 2021, Chelsey has sourced numerous new acquisitions on the West Coast and played a vital role in the recapitalization of Crow Holdings Retail Funds I & II.
Prior to joining CHC, Chelsey gained over 18 years of real estate transactions experience with public companies such as SITE Centers and VEREIT (now Realty Income) and acquired over $1.5B of assets across numerous product types.
Chelsey received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate & Urban Land Economics from the James A. Graaskamp Center for Real Estate at the University of Wisconsin – Madison. She is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and was named a Woman of Influence by Real Estate Forum Magazine.
