Chelsea Garvey is a member of the Occupier Advisory & Transaction Portfolio Account team where she serves as the Platform Account Manager. She is responsible for the relationships of several client accounts. In her role, Chelsea interacts and consults with clients to understand business needs and incorporates the necessary resources to service projects, build strategic operational plans, and balance expectations of clients with the execution of work in order to meet their overall strategic and tactical objectives. She performs value-add real estate advisory, strategy, and consulting to clients and their key stakeholders. Chelsea manages multiple clients simultaneously, while also serving as Subject Matter Expert for key systems and processes for projects. She manages very large projects with significant dollar impact and supervises other Project Managers’ efforts in order to meet deadlines. She manages the expectations and needs of clients and project teams regarding scope of work and responsibilities in order to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions. Chelsea regularly consults clients to ensure proper services and enhancements are being carried out. She also works on identifying new sales opportunities or opportunities for growth and expansion within existing accounts. Chelsea collaborates with other sales professionals on the team to formulate innovative and winning strategies that align with prospects’ real estate initiatives and overall business objectives. Prior to joining CBRE, Ms. Garvey worked at JLL Boston on the Healthcare Capital Markets team. She also previously worked at Avison Young in Boston where she specialized in tenant and landlord representation.
