Chelly has been with the team for seven years and a licensed agent since 2005. Her career in real estate sales and management has offered her many opportunities from both selling and listing resale homes and land, to representing builders and working in operations and sales management roles for both brokerages and teams. As the sales manager for the team, Chelly's role is to ensure the success of our agents, while also ensuring our mission of legendary client experience is upheld. Anticipatory service is our team's focus. We like to solve your real estate problems before you even know you have them!
Community involvement means a lot to Chelly. Her current focus is fundraising and supporting her daughter's schools, but in the past has included various activities and committee roles with local organizations, including Big Brothers Big Sisters, Prevent Child Abuse Arizona, Prescott Area Young Professionals and Meals on Wheels.
Outside of work, she has two young daughters and, together with her husband, likes to stay active outside with sports, hiking and camping. Never a dull moment in the Herren house!
