Prior to Cresa, Chelby served most recently as an Executive Vice President with CBRE’s Transaction Advisory Services group where she received numerous awards and recognition for her work, consistently being recognized as a Top Producer locally and nationally.
While there, she advised clients on a range of engagements from complicated out of state headquarter relocations, campus consolidations and evaluations for maximizing value, to representing a tenant on their renewal, expansion, or disposition.
Chelby also formerly served as a Vice President at JLL and a Vice President at The Staubach Company. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Texas at Tyler.
