Charlotte Tompkins joined the commercial real estate industry as a marketing specialist in 2008. She has spent her career developing print, social, and online marketing campaigns for local, national, and international clients from both the brokerage and property/asset management side of the business. Highly experienced in creatively marketing properties for maximum or targeted exposure, her specialty is the creation of market analysis packages for high-level properties.
Charlotte's skills have supported local brokers in Des Moines, Iowa and Fort Wayne, Indiana markets to international property managers as the marketing director for the NAI Global Asset Management Council.
