Bio
Charlie has been in the commercial brokerage business since 2013 and has worked as a buyer, seller, and landlord representative. His experience includes multifamily development, investment and value add retail buyer representation, QSR franchisees and franchisors, redevelopment land sales, raw land sales, office leasing, and retail leasing.
Charlie is a graduate of the University of South Carolina where he studied economics. He has also been a guest speaker for Clemson's Masters in Real Estate Development program.
Prior to CRE Charlie spent time working in private equity living in Shanghai, China, and also worked briefly in commercial banking.
Within the community he works closely with Project Host Soup Kitchen and Pendelton Place Shelter for Girls. He works with many more organizations chairing a family philanthropy committee here in Greenville. Charlie has been to Haiti twice to do mission work and looks forward to returning one day.
In his free time, he enjoys camping, hunting, fishing, windsurfing, rock climbing, and is an avid skier.
