Charlie Mitelhaus takes a servant-minded approach to brokerage by putting his client's goals first. Always acting with integrity, working as a team player, and being an incredibly driven market expert have allowed Mitelhaus to help his clients achieve their goals while also having fun along the way. Mitelhaus is an Associate with the Capital Markets, Multifamily Investment Sales Team. His primary responsibilities include providing brokerage services, strategic analysis and an advisory approach to his client’s real estate and financial goals.
Mitelhaus has worked at many commercial real estate companies including Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors and West Peak Properties. There, he focused on brokering multifamily transactions in the private client space across the Front Range.
Mitelhaus is a graduate of Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas. There, he majored in Journalism and minored in Sports Management while being actively involved in the Kappa Alpha Order Fraternity on top of walking onto the football team during his sophomore year. An avid sports and fitness fanatic, he enjoys playing and watching sports, fantasy football, working out, hiking, and spending quality time with family and friends. Mitelhaus is extremely passionate about real estate and loves to help educate others on the value of investing in and owning commercial real estate.
