A North Carolina native, Charlie grew up in Washington, North Carolina, and graduated from Barton College. He also completed banking courses at the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill.
Prior to becoming a real estate broker, Charlie was a regional president in the banking industry. Charlie's goal is to build each client relationship demonstrating exemplary career skills, including local market expertise, negotiating and providing superior customer service for the benefit of the client. The relationship should create a positive growing environment that will transfer from a customer and broker relationship to one based on friendship.
His very strong background in relationship building is supported by the ability to communicate on a financial level with investment and money managers, CPA's, estate planners, attorneys and corporate CEO's. Charlie is a member of the Asheville Board of Realtors®.
